The Races
Great Racing - Great Craic
The Curragh stages 24 race days each season and races from March - October. The home of all 5 Classic Races starting in 2025 with the fabulous Irish Guineas Festival in May. A top racing weekend with 2 Classic contests to enjoy. Attention then turns to the premier race meeting of the season, the fabulous Irish Derby Festival in June, swiftly followed by the Irish Oaks Festival in July. The Festival Season concludes with the iconic Irish Champions Festival held in September with racing at Leopardstown on the Saturday and The Curragh on Sunday.
Aside from the big Festival meetings great racing experiences and excellent value can be had for the Many other Race Days from March to October.
