The Irish Guineas Festival includes three fabulous days of racing with excellent prize money. Two Classics and a plethora of top class flat races to enjoy at the Home of Irish flat Racing. The Irish Guineas Festival is the opening championship races for 2yo colts in the 2000 Guineas and fillies in the 1000 Guineas. A real Festival atmosphere on all three days, do Not Miss It!!

The Races

The Irish Guineas Festival runs from Friday to Sunday. The two best racing days to attend for race fans are the Saturday, for the first classic of the season the Tattersalls Irish 2000 Guineas. Sunday for the Tattersalls Irish 1000 Guineas. If you are going for more of a party type experience then the evening meeting on Friday is for you. The Irish Guineas Festival is all about the races but Fashion, Food and Entertainment are also to the fore and with plenty of Bars and guest facilities on course you'll enjoy a very comfortable guest experience.

The Experience

The Irish Guineas Festival is renowned for an electric atmosphere, thrilling, top class, flat racing and a fabulous vibe post racing in Newbridge, Kildare and Naas Towns, the social hubs of the festival weekend. Racing starts at 5:15pm on Friday and at 1:30pm on Saturday & Sunday. Guests have plenty of time after a hearty breakfast to enjoy a visit to The Irish National Stud, a variety of Traners yards or just to chill out before the day's excitement begins. We always run special events throughout the weekend to make your stay with us as memorable as it can be.
