Bellewstown is an "old style" traditional festival race meeting with Ice Cream vans, Burger and fish and chip units and a fairground, which many adults love too!! As racing starts at 5:00pm each day Guests have plenty of time after a hearty breakfast to enjoy a visit to The many Meath stud farms, a variety of Traners yards or just to chill out before the day's excitement begins.

Bellewstown Festival
The Bellewstown Festival takes place at Bellewstown Racecourse on Thursday 2nd to Saturday 4th July 2026. The Summer Festival has three days of quality jump and flat races to enjoy. This tricky track has unique undualtions and a kink in the bend before the finish which often catches an inexperienced horse and rider out. The races take place each evening, usually starting about 5pm, and finish just before 9pm.

Join us for a Race and Stay very special trip this year arriving on Wednesday 1st July , staying at the excellent 4* Dunboyne Castle Hotel. Our tour includes a Special Tour of leading trainer Ger Lyons Stable on Thursday morning followed by a behind the scenes tour of Bellewstown Racecourse. On Friday we have orgainsed a special visit to Gavin Cromwell's , Danestown Yard. These, coupled with a fabulous 3 days racing for the Bellewstown Festival on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with all transport, breakfast and some meals included.

Bellewstown Hospitality is a casual dining experience, albeit with excellent quality food and service. Located in the reserved Marquee close to the action. Our package includes a 3 course buffet dinner, Cash Bar, race card, pen and Guest tipster. Guests can book a table of 10 or be seated on shared tables of 10 or alternatively if smaller tables are available on table sizes to suit your group size.
