Race and Stay Ambassador Patrick Mullins says: " Gowran Park is a lovely track to ride with a slight uphill finish, it can get tight around the bends especially with large fields. As one of our local courses we target the valuable races but every race at Gowran is fiercely competitive and you'll often see horses caught in the last 50 yards so you have to time your challenge well, more so when the going is testing. "
