A real treat for race goers is a stay at the lovely Bective Stud apartments. A collection of 5 exclusive ground floor buildings with unique, individual decor and luxury accommodations on the gounds of well known owners Noel and Valerie Moran's stud farm. Surrounded by paddocks and stables with Alpacas and other farmyard animals. These are Self Catering apartments but the lovely Bective Tea Rooms is a short stroll away serving breakfasts, Lunch and occasionally dinners. Stay from 2 nights for as long as you wish.
The luxurious apartments are ideal for guests that would like more space and a relaxing lounge area to enjoy. A true home from home with well appointed kitchen, dining area and all the utensils and facilities you would expect. Receiving fabulous reviews from past guests we are sure you'll enjoy a stay here.
What You Need To Know
You will be accommodated in one of the Luxury apartments depending on group size and availability for your stay. Check in is at 3:30pm and Check out by 12 noon.
Our Race and Stay Packages include everything you need for your stay and day or days at the races. Hotel Accommodation, Return Racecourse transport, General Admission tickets and our guest managers looking after you from arrival to departure. You are also welcome to ADD Hospitality or ANY EXTRA you may wish after you book.

The first day of the festival has feature races includes the Railway Bar Lismullen Hurdle (Grade 2) and the Bar One Racing Fortria Steeplechase (Grade 2)

Coach Departs Racecourse 16:30pm
Feature races include the Monksfield Novice Hurdle the Troytown Steeplechase (Grade 3) and the Race And Stay Beginners Steeplechase

When you book with us we take a €100 refundable deposit (per booking not per guest). Your account balance is due no later than 40 days before your first arrival date.
