UP UNTIL 8 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT
If we have prior knowledge of any element of your package cancellation at least 8 Days before the event and before you arrive we will advise all affected customers accordingly and offer you one of three options.
- We can cancel your booking in full and offer you a full refund
- Offer you a refund on the cancelled element of your package
- Offer you an alternative option.
The decision to have a refund, or an alternative option is yours.
FROM 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT
If we are informed of any element cancellation from 7 Days before you arrive, whilst you are travelling or after you arrive we will advise all affected customers accordingly and offer you one of the following options.
- Offer you a refund on the cancelled element of your package only
- Offer you an alternative option (if one is available)
The decision to have a part refund or an alternative option is yours.
In the case of the above condition the remainder of your booking (such as hotel accommodation and unaffected events or tours) will stand and our normal cancellation policy applies.
In all cases of cancellation our limit of liability is limited to only what you have paid us. Any additional expenses you may have incurred outside of your direct booking with us such as, but not limited to, airfares, ongoing travel bookings or other items are your responsibility only. These and other costs may be covered by your travel insurance policy.
