The 4* Trinity City Hotel is perfectly located on Pearse Street, just a few minutes walk from the famous O'Connell Bridge and 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. Our packages include luxury Classic Rooms, either with 1 x King Size (Double) or 2 x Separate Beds (Twin). Each air-conditioned room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. All rooms include Nespresso coffee machines and tea making facilities. Each room is fitted with a private bathroom with power shower and complimentary Handmade Soap Company toiletries.
A friendly welcoming Hotel the Trinity City has a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of foodie options, including the fabulous Courtyard Restuarant and BBQ open area. For a more formal dining experience the well regarded Brunswick Restaurant offers a delicious array of local and international dishes and the Brunswick Bar is a great spot for a cocktail, pint of the black stuff or your favorite tipple after the races. Hotel Leisure facilities include a pool, sauna, gym and fitness suite, located close by in the Trinity College Leisure Centre, open to all Hotel guests. There is also free High Speed Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel.

The Dublin Racing Festival takes place at Leopardstown on the 30th & 31st January 2027
WHEN YOU BOOK
Over 80,000 happy guests have booked with Race and Stay and when you book with us you can chose to pay a €100 deposit or Pay In Full. Either way your payment to us is fully refundable anytime up until 20/12/26. When you book you will be automatically emailed a BOOKING CONFIRMATION which contains all the details of your requested booking.
AFTER YOU BOOK
Our booking terms are very fair and easy to understand, for both you and us. After you have booked you can email us to change anything, add extras or cancel your booking in full and receive a full refund anytime up until 31 days before you arrive. From 31 days through event no refunds are possible but you may be able to change some minor details.
FROM DUBLIN AIRPORT
The best way to get to the Trinity City Hotel is by taxi. Costs should be no more than €50 each way. The Dublin Express 784 services are very frequent, with buses up to every 15 minutes during peak hours. The Trinity College Stop is outside The Trinity City Hotel. ARRIVING BY CAR
The Trinity City Hotel, is located on Pearse Steet in central Dublin. Directions from anywhere to The Trinity City Hotel can be found Here. The Trinity City Hotel does not have its own car park, they operate a valet parking system. Our valet parking service for Hotel guests costs €25 per overnight stay (2pm-2pm the following day).
PRIVATE TRANSPORT
Private Transfers are available to and from Dublin Airport with our travel partner, Platinum Driving Services. You can view charges and book online HERE. For Groups of 7 or more guests we can offer Private return coach transport from €250 each way, depending on guest numbers.
CHECKING IN
Please go to Hotel reception and check in. If you arrive before check in time (3:30pm) you may not have access to your room. In this case the Hotel will store your luggage for you until your room is ready. The Hotel will be 100% full during this event so please be prepared for a longer check in time than normal.
OUR GUEST DESK
Our Race and Stay guest desk is located a short distance from Hotel reception. Our staff are based there from 10:00 each morning and this is where you will collect your race tickets from each day. We are there to help you have the best time possible. Please check our screens for the latest information.
YOUR ROOM AND COMFORT
The Trinity City rooms are air conditioned, all en-suite and have very comfortable Beds and Pillows. You'll have plenty of hanging space for your clothes, with in room safe, tea and coffee station, hairdryer, flat screen TV and channels, iron and board, fluffy towels, luxury toiletries, and all you need for your stay.
EATING AND DRINKING
There are 2 main food options at the Hotel. The Courtyard Restaurant for a heated al fresco dining experience or the stylish urban Brunswick Bar and Lounge for top quality breakfasts, lunch and dinners and a myriad of drinks and cocktails. Bookings are essential for all meals: Call +353 1 648 1000
HOTEL LEISURE
Guests have complimentary access to The Trinity College Fitness Centre, only a 3 minute walk from the Hotel. Enjoy a full equipped gym with free weights, machines and cardio exercise machines, and a 25 metre swimming pool with a sauna and steam room. Please ask at reception for a membership card.
CLOSE BY
The Trinity City Hotel on Pearse Street is located within walking distance of the trendy bars and restaurants of the Docklands area and also to the best bars and nightlife in the city centre. The main shopping areas of Grafton Street and O'Connell Street are just a few minutes away as is Temple Bar.
RACING PREVIEW SHOWS
Please do join us for our Racing Preview shows on Saturday & Sunday mornings at The Clayton Hotel, Leopardstown starting at 10am. Enjoy a light hearted infomative preview show with our special guests. Admission is free to all Race and Stay Guests, get a taxi to the event, and you can take the Clayton coach to the races afterwards.
THE RACES
Dublin Racing Festival features 4 Grade 1 races each day and a number of high value supporting contests to enjoy. Racing starts at 13:15 on Saturday and concludes at 16:45. On Sunday the first race is due off at 12:40 and the last race is at 16:25. We try to ensure we have all guests inside the racecourse and comfortable no later than 12 noon each day.
RACE TRANSPORT
We run one coach each day to Leopardstown departing at 11:30 on Saturday and 11:15 on Sunday Direct to the racecourse. When you are dropped off it is a 300mt uphill walk from the coach park to the entrance. Return coaches depart from where you were dropped off in the coach park departing 40 minutes after the last race.
TICKETS & HOSPITALITY
Please collect your race tickets from our Guest Desk no later than 10:45 each morning. When you arrive at the racecourse entrance you will have your ticket scanned and you are free to enjoy your day. Premier Level and Hospitality guests will be escorted by our staff to the area they are booked into.
AT LEOPARDSTOWN
Both days will be very busy but great fun. There are several food and drinks outlets outside and inside the grandstand. Entertainment will be on during the afternoon and after racing so if you want to stay on, please do, you can get a taxi or just walk back to the hotel if you leave after the last shuttle has departed.
WHAT TO WEAR
There is no formal dress code at Leopardstown but no sportswear or anything offensive. For the Ladies, if you want to “glam up for the day” please do so, but do also dress for the weather. For the Gents, smart casual always works in all areas but the main rule is to be comfortable and warm in what you are wearng.
