What an experience, we have lined up for 2027. Join us for a very special 4 Night Punchestown Festival trip next year arriving on Sunday. Our tour begins on Monday morning with a special visit to Ireland's Champion Trainer Willie Mullins Closutton yard and lunch at the famous Lord Bagenel, before returning to the Hotel for a VIP evening at Naas Races from the comfort of our sponsors suite with Dinner included. Tuesday we can enjoy the famous Punchestown Preview Show at the Hotel before getting ready for Day 1 of the Punchestown Festival. On Wednesday morning we depart to the iconic Irish National Stud for our VIP tour and visit to the Living Legends, Beef or Salmon, Faugheen, Hurricane Fly, Sizing John and many more racing heroes to meet on the tour as well as a visit to the Irish Racehorse Experience (one not to be missed). After returning to the Hotel we then depart for Day 2 of the Festival and the best day's racing featuring the Punchestown Gold Cup and several other top class races, where you can join us in the parade ring for our sponsored Grade 1 Champion Bumper and soak up the atmosphere in the company of owners and trainers. .

Today we enjoy the Punchestown Preview show before racing at Punchestown for Day 1 of the Festival
Wednesday AM
A special visit to the Irish National Stud meeting the Living Legends and enjoying a top quality tour.
Wednesday PM
This afternoon we depart to Punchestown Festival for Day 2 featuring the Punchestown Gold Cup where you'll be invited into the Parade Ring for our sponsored Grade 1 race
Thursday
We will transport you back to Dublin Airport.
WHEN YOU BOOK
Over 80,000 happy guests have booked with Race and Stay and when you book with us you can pay a €100 deposit with the balance becoming due no later than 45 days before arrival. When you book you will be automatically emailed a BOOKING CONFIRMATION which contains all the details of your requested booking. You can also extend the tour or add Hospitality or anything else you may want.
AFTER YOU BOOK
Our booking terms are very fair and easy to understand, for both you and us. After you have booked you can email us to change anything, add extras or cancel your booking in full and receive a full refund anytime up until 31 days before you arrive. From 31 days through event no refunds are possible but you may be able to change some minor details.
PRIVATE TRANSPORT
Our tour packages all include complimentary Private Transfers to and from Dublin Airport with our travel partner, Platinum Driving Services. For Groups of 6 or more guests we can offer Private return mini-coach transport to keep the group together. If you wish to drive yourself car parking is free at the hotel.
CHECKING IN
Please go to Hotel reception and check in. If you arrive before check in time (3:30pm) you may not have access to your room. In this case the Hotel will store your luggage for you until your room is ready. The Hotel will be 100% full during this event so please be prepared for a longer check in time than normal.
OUR GUEST DESK
Our Race and Stay guest desk is located a short distance from Hotel reception. Our staff are based there each morning and this is where you will collect your race tickets from each day. We are there to help you have the best time possible. Please check our screens for the latest information.
YOUR ROOM AND COMFORT
Barberstown Guest rooms are all en-suite are very comfortable and feature signature Beds and Pillows. You'll have plenty of hanging space for your clothes, with in room safe, tea and coffee station, hairdryer, flat screen TV and channels, iron and board, fluffy towels and all you need for your stay. Upgrades to 4 poster rooms and suites are available on request.
EATING AND DRINKING
There are 2 main food options at Barberstown. The Barton Rooms Restaurant, the winner of The Good Food Ireland Hotel Restaurant of the Year 2025, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and The Garden Bar for casual dining.
