Directions to the Hotel can be found here: Car Parking is free for residents. Please go to Hotel reception and check in Your booking is under the lead guest name. If you arrive before check in time (3:30pm) you may not have access to your room. In this case the Hotel will store your luggage for you until your room is ready.

OUR GUEST DESK

Our Race and Stay guest desk is located a short distance from Hotel reception. Our staff are based there at least 1 hour before we depart for tours or racing on all three days. This is where you will collect your race tickets from each day. We are there to help you have the best time possible.

YOUR ROOM AND COMFORT

St Pierre Country Club rooms are all en-suite are very comfortable and feature signature Beds and Pillows. You'll have plenty of hanging space for your clothes, with in room safe, tea and coffee station, hairdryer, flat screen TV and channels, iron and board, fluffy towels and all you need for your stay.

EATING AND DRINKING

Immerse yourself in a family-friendly atmosphere as you visit the Cast Iron Bar & Grill. Feast on an array of wholesome British dishes. You can also savour the time-honoured tradition of Afternoon Tea. Alternatively, unwind and recharge with a leisurely coffee or lunch at the Trophy Bar.

SPA & LEISURE

The Spa The Beauty Rooms feature a wide range of soothing spa services, guaranteed to relax you. Our hotel gym offers cardio equipment, weight training machines, hand weights and skill tools. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are also available for our guests to use during their stay.

ST PIERRE GOLF

Delta Hotels St. Pierre Country Club in Chepstow provides a golf experience unlike any other. With two championship courses which feature unique designs and are in immaculate condition. A 12-bay floodlit golf academy with an open-air grass driving range and putting green, chipping greens and bunker area.

THE RACES

Day One of the Welsh Racing Festival features The Dragonbet Persian War Novices' Hurdle (Grade 2) & the The Dragonbet Veteran's Chase. Day 2 features a thrilling lineup of quality jump racing with live music featuring after racing. Day 3 features the Fragonbet Welsh Champion Hurdle and several ofther top class contests.

RACE TRANSPORT

Your transport is included in this tour package. At the races the coach will get as close as possible to the main entrance and where the coach drops you off is where you'll catch the coach back to the hotel 40 minutes after racing concludes. Your guest manager will be on hand to assist on the outward and inbound journeys.

TICKETS & HOSPITALITY

Please collect your race tickets from your Guest Manager before departing each day. Your tickets are the 3 Day Admission with access to the Premier Enclosure on all 3 days. You can also upgrade to our VIP Private Suite Racecourse Hospitality on one, two or all days if required.

AT THE RACES

All 3 days will be very busy but great fun. At Chepstow there are several food and drinks outlets outside and inside the grandstands. Entertainment will be on during the afternoon and a Live Band after racing and if you'd prefer to stay on for the evening entertainment just let us know.

WHAT TO WEAR

There is no formal dress code but no sportswear or anything offensive. For the Ladies, if you want to “glam up for the day” please do so, but do also dress for the weather. For the Gents, smart casual always works in all areas but the main rule is to be comfortable and warm in what you are wearing.
