ON ARRIVAL

Directions to the Hotel can be found here: Limited off-site parking is available for a daily fee and requires advance reservation. Please go to Hotel reception and check in. Your booking is under the lead guest name. If you arrive before check in time (3:30pm) the Hotel will store your luggage for you until your room is ready.

LOOKING AFTER YOU

Our Race and Stay guest managers will be located a short distance from Hotel reception. Our staff are based there at least 1 hour before we depart for tours or racing on all three days. This is where you will collect your race tickets from each day. We are there to help you have the best time possible.

YOUR ROOM AND COMFORT

The hotel has a wide range of room styles, our package includes Classic Rooms and upgrades to larger rooms and suites are available at additional cost. All rooms are en-suite are very comfortable and feature signature Beds and Pillows. You'll have plenty of hanging space for your clothes, with in room safe, tea and coffee station, hairdryer, flat screen TV and channels, iron and board, fluffy towels and all you need for your stay.

EATING AND DRINKING

Savor delicious meals all day at The Brasserie from a Full English Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Dinner from 6pm with exceptional views overlooking the River Thames. All Day Dining Menu served 12pm (12.30pm on weekends) to 10pm and a room service menu available 24 hours. The terrace is an exceptional place to dine, take Afternoon Tea, or just a few beers from the bar which serves a wide range of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails.

WELL BEING

Stay at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel in Windsor and you will enjoy free access to the hotel’s extensive fitness facilities. Visit Wren’s Club in Heritage House, just across the courtyard from Thames House with a Multi-story fitness centre, Fully equipped gym with free weights and a stretching area, Sauna and more. Open Monday to Friday 5am to 9pm, and 7am to 7pm on Weekend and Bank Holidays. You can also book Personal Training.

A UNIQUE EVENT

The Berkshire Million has it all. Two fabulous days of racing at Royal Windsor on Friday & Sunday with a day at Ascot, just a few minutes away as the "meat in the sandwich" on Saturday. This is your chance to experience jump racing at two of England's finest racecourses, both as unique, enjoyable and exciting as this iconic festival is.

THE RACES

Day One of the Berkshire Million Festival features The Fitzdares Soverign Hurdle and a great supporting card. Day 2 at Ascot features the The Bet MGM Clarence House Chase and a thrilling lineup of quality jump racing with live music featuring after racing. Day 3 features the Fitzdares Fleur de Lys Hurdle and several other top class contests.

RACE TRANSPORT

Your transport is included in this tour package. At the races the coach will get as close as possible to the main entrance and where the coach drops you off is where you'll catch the coach back to the hotel 40 minutes after racing concludes. Your guest manager will be on hand to assist on the outward and inbound journeys.

TICKETS & HOSPITALITY

Please collect your race tickets from your Guest Manager before departing each day. Your tickets are the 3 Day Admission tickets with access to the Queen Anne Enclosure at Ascot. You can also upgrade to Premier Admission on Friday & Sunday or Racecourse Hospitality on one, two or all days if required.

AT THE RACES

All 3 days will be very busy but great fun. At both courses there are several food and drinks outlets outside and inside the grandstands. Entertainment will be on during the afternoon and a Live Band after racing and if you'd prefer to stay on for the evening entertainment just let us know.

WHAT TO WEAR

There is no formal dress code but no sportswear or anything offensive. For the Ladies, if you want to “glam up for the day” please do so, but do also dress for the weather. For the Gents, smart casual always works in all areas but the main rule is to be comfortable and warm in what you are wearing.
