We will email you and offer you a Choice of 4* Luxury Hotels to perfectly suit you, your group size and race meeting selected. You are then welcome to
change your booking or add: Rounds of Golf, Racecourse Hospitality, Trainer, Stud and Stable Visits, Side trips and any other item you may like or cancel your booking and we will refund your deposit in full anytime up until 31 days before arrival.

DINING PACKAGES
PRIVATE SUITE DINING
Most Racecourses offer Private Suite packages in the main grandstand overlooking the track which generally includes: Admission, Four Course Lunch, Private suite badge, A race card for each guest, Full Bar and Tote facilities and a Viewing balcony overlooking the track. Suite sizes vary but are generally for 12 / 20 / 30 or more. Dining options in suites can vary from a casual buffet or plates of sandwiches up to the full A la Carte silver service option. Prices vary and also depend on the race day you book for. A big race day will be much more expensive than the other race days. Suite hire with casual catering starts at about €69 per guest and can rise to over €400 per guest on the biggest race days.
GRANDSTAND FORMAL DINING
All Racecourses offer dining packages in the main grandstand overlooking the track which generally includes: Admission, Four Course Lunch, Table for the day in the Restaurant, A race card for each guest, Full Bar and Tote facilities and use of the Viewing balcony overlooking the track. Table sizes vary but are generally tables of 10 so if you book as a group you will be seated as a group. If you have a larger number of guests the racecourse will arrange that your tables are next to each other. Prices vary from racecourse to racecourse and also depend on the race day you book for. A big race festival day will be much more expensive than the other race days. Pricing starts at about €39 per guest and can rise to over €300 per guest on the "premium" race days.
GROUP TICKETS
There are also a number of race tickets which include admission with drink and betting and race card vouchers. These packages are designed especially for groups of 10 or more guests and sually starting at €5 above the cost of adult admission they represent great value for money. We can add this option to your package if you wish at cost.
